本应用由文硕团队（以下简称“本公司”或“我们”）开发并运营，为用户提供综合娱乐服务平台。我们高度重视您的个人信息保护，将严格遵守《中华人民共和国网络安全法》《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》、欧盟《通用数据保护条例》（GDPR）、美国《加州消费者隐私法案》（CCPA）、美国《弗吉尼亚消费者数据保护法案》（VCDPA）、巴西《通用数据保护法》（LGPD）等全球相关法律法规要求，采取合理且必要的安全保护措施，全力保障您的个人信息安全。

This application ("Happy Arcade", hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is developed and
operated by the WenShuo Team (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "we"), providing users
with a comprehensive entertainment service platform. We attach great importance to the protection of
your personal information and will strictly comply with the requirements of relevant global laws and
regulations, including the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, the Personal
Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection
Act (VCDPA), and Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). We will take reasonable and necessary
security protection measures to fully ensure the security of your personal information.
This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services provided to you by the Application, including but not limited to computer applications, mobile applications, WeChat mini-programs, and products and services innovated and developed in the future. If a specific service of the Application has a separate privacy policy, such separate privacy policy and this policy together constitute the complete privacy policy for that service. Before using the services of the Application, please carefully read and fully understand the entire content of this Privacy Policy, especially the key content marked in bold font. Please pay special attention to the following: (1) Your agreement to this Privacy Policy only means that you are aware of the functions provided by the Application and the necessary personal information required for the operation of the functions, and does not mean that you agree to our collection of non-essential personal information. For non-essential personal information, we will separately seek your consent according to your usage scenarios; for sensitive personal information, we will process it only after obtaining your express consent separately. (2) The Application will not enable any device permissions by default. When important or sensitive device permissions are involved, we will seek your express consent again through a pop-up window when you use the corresponding business functions; after the permission is enabled, you can turn off the corresponding permission through the device system settings at any time; your refusal to enable the permission will not affect the normal use of other unrelated business functions. Personal information refers to various information recorded electronically or by other means that
can identify the identity of a specific natural person alone or in combination with other
information, or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

When the Application (and embedded third-party SDKs) provide the aforementioned basic functions,
extended functions or optimize products/services, some scenarios need to access the system
permissions of your device. We will only seek your express consent through a pop-up window when you
use a specific function for the first time after logging in; you can view and manage the on/off
status of all permissions in the device system settings (the operation path may be slightly
different for different devices/operating systems).
Your enabling of the permission means that you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information to realize the corresponding functions during the use of the services; your disabling of the permission means that you withdraw the authorization, and we will immediately stop collecting and using relevant personal information, and will no longer be able to provide you with the functions corresponding to the permission, but it will not affect the information processing behaviors completed based on your authorization before. Explanation of Permission Necessity: 1. 结合应用功能升级及第三方服务适配，新增以下数据类型的收集与使用，所有新增数据类型均遵循“合法、正当、必要”原则，仅在您主动使用对应功能时收集，且明确告知收集目的及使用范围：
通讯录（Contacts）
- 收集场景：仅当您主动使用“好友匹配”“邀请好友参与活动”功能时，我们会请求获取您的通讯录权限。
- 收集目的：用于匹配已注册本应用的通讯录好友，方便您快速添加好友；或向您指定的通讯录好友发送活动邀请链接。
- 授权方式：权限默认关闭，使用对应功能时将单独弹窗征求您的同意，您可拒绝授权（仅无法使用该功能，不影响其他服务正常使用）。
- 数据处理：仅读取通讯录中的手机号用于好友匹配，不存储完整通讯录信息；匹配完成后 7 天内自动删除相关匹配数据，不用于其他任何用途。
- 留存期限：匹配完成后 7 天内删除；若未完成匹配，留存至您退出该功能后 24 小时内删除。
设备或其他ID（Device or Other IDs）
- 收集场景：您启动应用并同意隐私政策后，仅在合规范围内获取；第三方服务SDK仅在对应功能调用时按需获取合规匿名设备标识。
- 收集目的：仅用于账号安全风控、广告效果归因、基础服务稳定运行，不用于无关用途。
- 具体类型：仅采集OAID（安卓10及以上）、Android ID 等匿名非唯一强绑定标识。
- 数据处理：我们不会将设备标识与您实名身份信息关联绑定，仅做匿名化统计使用；第三方SDK相关数据处理严格遵循对应平台隐私规则。
- 留存期限：保留至您最后一次使用本应用后180天，再次使用自动顺延；账号注销后立即完成清理或彻底匿名化处理。
文件和文档（Files and Docs）
- 收集场景：仅当您主动参与需要提交材料的专题活动（如活动报名、作品申报），并选择上传本地文件/文档时收集。
- 收集目的：用于活动报名信息审核、作品提交存档等对应活动场景的功能实现。
- 数据范围：仅读取您主动选择的特定文件/文档，不访问或读取设备内其他无关文件。
- 授权方式：需单独申请读取外部存储权限，默认关闭，上传时弹窗征求您的同意。
- 留存期限：保留至对应活动结束后 60 天（用于活动核销、纠纷处理），逾期自动删除；您也可在活动结束后主动申请删除。
音乐文件（Music Files）
- 收集场景：仅当您主动参与音频类专题活动（如音乐作品征集），并选择上传本地音乐文件时收集。
- 收集目的：用于活动作品展示、评选等对应活动功能的实现。

- 数据处理：录制完成后仅用于功能响应（如语音指令识别），实时语音互动数据仅在交互过程中临时存储，交互结束后自动清理；不长期存储完整录音文件。

- 留存期限：语音指令、实时语音互动数据交互结束后立即删除；语音反馈数据保留至问题处理完毕后 30 天，逾期自动删除。

In conjunction with the upgrading of application functions and the adaptation of third-party
services, the collection and use of the following new data types are added. All new data types
comply with the principles of "legality, propriety, and necessity" and will only be collected
when you actively use the corresponding functions, with the collection purpose and scope clearly
informed:
① Contacts
- Collection Scenario: We will request access to your contact permissions only when you
actively use the functions of "Friend Matching" and "Inviting Friends to Participate in
Activities".
- Collection Purpose: Used to match contacts who have registered for this application,
facilitating you to add friends quickly; or to send activity invitation links to the contact
friends you specify.
- Authorization Method: Permissions are disabled by default. When using the corresponding
functions, a separate pop-up window will be displayed to seek your consent, and you may refuse
authorization (you will only be unable to use this function, and the normal use of other
services will not be affected).
- Data Processing: Only the mobile phone numbers in the address book are read for friend
matching, and the complete address book information is not stored; the relevant matching data
will be automatically deleted within 7 days after the matching is completed and will not be used
for any other purposes.
- Retention Period: Deleted within 7 days after the matching is completed; if the matching is
not completed, retained until 24 hours after you exit the function and then deleted.
② Device or Other IDs
- Collection Scenario: After you launch the application and agree to the privacy policy, such
data will be obtained only within the scope permitted by applicable compliance requirements;
third-party service SDKs will access compliant anonymous device identifiers only as needed when
the corresponding functions are invoked.
- Collection Purpose: Used only for account security risk control, advertising attribution,
and the stable operation of basic services, and not for any unrelated purposes.
- Specific Types: Only anonymous identifiers that are not uniquely and strongly bound to your
identity are collected, such as OAID (Android 10 and above) and Android ID.
- Data Processing: We will not associate device identifiers with your real-name identity
information, and will use them only for anonymized statistics; data processed by third-party
SDKs shall strictly comply with the privacy rules of the corresponding platforms.
- Retention Period: Retained for 180 days after your last use of this application, and the
period will be extended automatically if you use the application again; after account
cancellation, the data will be cleared immediately or permanently anonymized.
③ Files and Docs
- Collection Scenario: Collected only when you actively participate in thematic activities that
require submission of materials (such as activity registration, work declaration) and choose to
upload local files/documents.
- Collection Purpose: Used for the realization of functional scenarios corresponding to
activity registration information review, work submission and archiving, etc.
- Data Scope: Only the specific files/documents you actively select are read, and other
irrelevant files in the device are not accessed or read.
- Authorization Method: Requires separate application for read external storage permission,
which is disabled by default; a pop-up window will be displayed to seek your consent when
uploading.
- Retention Period: Retained for 60 days after the end of the corresponding activity (for
activity verification and dispute handling), and automatically deleted after the expiration; you
may also take the initiative to apply for deletion after the end of the activity.
④ Music Files
- Collection Scenario: Collected only when you actively participate in audio-themed activities
(such as music work collection) and choose to upload local music files.
- Collection Purpose: Used for the realization of corresponding activity functions such as
activity work display and selection.
- Data Processing: The uploaded music files are only used for activity-related display and not
for commercial dissemination or other non-activity purposes.
- Authorization Method: Requires separate application for read external storage permission,
which is disabled by default; a pop-up window will be displayed to seek your consent when
uploading.
- Retention Period: Retained for 60 days after the end of the corresponding activity, and
automatically deleted after the expiration; you may also take the initiative to delete the music
files you uploaded.
⑤ Other Audio Files
- Collection Scenario: Collected only when you actively use functions such as voice message
sending, voice comment, and audio material uploading.
- Collection Purpose: Used for the realization of corresponding functions such as voice
interaction, comment display, and material use.
- Data Processing: Audio file transmission adopts HTTPS encryption, and the storage process is
encrypted; only the corresponding functional modules are authorized to access.
- Authorization Method: Requires separate application for microphone permission (when recording
audio) or read external storage permission (when uploading local audio), which are disabled by
default; a pop-up window will be displayed to seek your consent when using.
- Retention Period: Retained during the account existence period; deleted within 15 working
days after account cancellation; you may also independently delete individual audio files.
⑥ Phone Number
- Collection Scenario: Actively filled in by you when registering and logging in to this
application, or supplemented when improving personal information.
- Collection Purpose: In accordance with the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law of the
People's Republic of China, it is used for user identity verification, account login
verification, and SMS push of important information (such as activity notifications, account
security reminders).
- Data Processing: The validity of the mobile phone number is verified through SMS verification
code, and it will not be disclosed to any third party; if it is necessary to use it for activity
notifications, we will clearly inform you and seek your consent.
- Retention Period: Retained during the account existence period; after account cancellation,
we will complete the deletion or anonymization within 15 working days, except where laws and
regulations require a longer retention period (if information needs to be retained for dispute
handling, it will be retained until 30 days after the dispute is resolved).
⑦ Photos
- Collection Scenario: Collected only when you actively choose to take or upload local photos
as avatars, submit activity works, participate in picture sharing and other functions.
- Collection Purpose: Used for the realization of corresponding functions such as avatar
display, activity work display, and shared content presentation.
- Data Processing: Only the photos you actively select are read, and other photos in the album
are not accessed; the taken/uploaded photos are only used for corresponding function display and
not for other unreported purposes such as face recognition.
- Authorization Method: Requires separate application for camera permission (when taking
photos) or album permission (when uploading), which are disabled by default; a pop-up window
will be displayed to seek your consent when using.
- Retention Period: Avatar photos are retained during the account existence period and deleted
together with the account information after account cancellation; activity work photos are
retained for 60 days after the end of the activity and automatically deleted after the
expiration; you may also independently delete the photos you uploaded.
⑧ Videos
- Collection Scenario: Collected only when you actively choose to take or upload local videos
as avatars, submit activity video works, participate in video sharing and other functions.
